Hello my dear friends and supporters. 

I was so honored and blessed by the strong show of support you gave me when i ran for county clerk in 2006 as a write in candidate.  Over 3,700 supporters wrote my name on the ballot.  You placed your confidence and trust in me during that election and I am asking for that same show of support now.

This year the DUGAS name will appear FIRST on the ballot under county clerk. I have the credibility, support and opportunity to beat the current incumbent.

I am a Community Activist, and a Tax Practitioner who has worked hard for the tax paying public in her private life since 2004.  It’s time for me to represent YOU in my public life.  I have lived in Port Neches for 28 years and  moved to Groves three years ago.  

      

I am the best candidate and well qualified having attended over 150 county meetings including Commissioners Court, Budget Meetings, Workshops, and Ad Hoc Committee meetings. I have a well  established working relationship with the County Commissioners, Elected department heads, and county employees.  

          

I am self educated having been heavily involved in county matters and the way everyday business of the county is conducted. I have listened carefully to the dialog between commissioners, department heads, employees and visiting speakers, researching a variety of topics and understanding how cooperation and team work is so vitally important to keep the flow of county business and taxpaying services running smoothly.

REBUILD  relationships with our city elections administration across this county.  Let them know the county management is willing to work with them and lend a hand when they need it.

RESTORE  integrity, respect, trust and confidence back into this office.

RECONNECT  with our citizens and leadership implementing reciprocity between communities.
